The Shoppes At Arbor Lakes is located in Maple Grove, Minnesota, just off I-94 and I-694. The mall is owned by Cousins Properties Incorporated and is recently built. It covers 700,000 square feet of retail space and is the newest and coolest shopping center in town.
Major stores include Borders Books & Music, Circuit City, Abercrombie & Fitch, Aeropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Bath & Body Works, Buckle, Claire's, Coldwater Creek, Gap, Hollister, Hot Topic, J. Jill, J. Crew, Lane Bryant, Limited Too, Pottery Barn,. Wet Seal, William-Sonoma, and Yankee Candle. There are 10 restaurants in this mall, including California Pizza Kitchen. During weekdays the mall is open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. On Saturday it is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. On Sunday it is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Family-friendly facilities are scarce but parking is ample and free. This is a newly built still developing shopping center and although it is very popular it may prove to be inaccessible for people with lower incomes, especially in those upscale shops.
There is a 16-screen AMC Cinema Theatre at the shops for those who want to see the latest blockbusters, but if you want to take a break from shopping you can visit the surrounding area. Wedgewood Park and Fish Lake Woods Park are located in the proximity of this mall.
